Support Staff Vacancies:

Minibus Driver

We are currently looking to appoint someone to one of our minibus routes; the post is split day, part time (20 hours per week) and term time only. Previous experience working with children would be desirable. It is essential that the candidate holds a D1. Training will be provided for H&S, MIDAS and Safeguarding. Teaching Staff Vacancies:

Assistant Head (Pastoral)

We are seeking an ambitious, caring and motivated Assistant Head (Pastoral) to lead our pastoral provision, attendance strategy and pupil voice initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing middle leader seeking their first Assistant Headship, or an experienced pastoral leader looking to make a significant impact within a specialist independent school setting.

The Assistant Head (Pastoral) will provide strategic and operational leadership of the school's pastoral provision, ensuring every pupil feels safe, valued, supported and able to thrive. Working closely with the Deputy Head (Pastoral), the postholder will lead on attendance, pupil wellbeing, pupil voice, student leadership and pastoral support systems. They will play a key role in maintaining a positive school culture, strengthening relationships with families and ensuring pupils are fully engaged in school life. As a specialist school for pupils with dyslexia and co-occurring needs, the successful candidate will understand the importance of fostering belonging, promoting wellbeing and removing barriers to engagement and attendance. Cover Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and skilled Cover Teacher to join our teaching team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality teaching and supervision when colleagues are absent, ensuring that pupils experience continuity in their learning and that established classroom routines and expectations are maintained.

Unlike a traditional cover supervisor role, this position requires a qualified teacher who is confident working across different subjects and year groups and who can actively support pupils' learning rather than simply supervise pre-set work.

We would ideally appoint someone on a full-time basis, as continuity and familiarity with our pupils are particularly important within our specialist setting.
