Sian Jones - Senior Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Prescriber
I am a Senior Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Prescriber with a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
With extensive experience in the NHS, I have supported children and adolescents with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Complex Developmental Trauma, and other mental health challenges. Many of the young people I work with have complex presentations, often experiencing multiple co-occurring conditions alongside ADHD and/or Autism.
I am the Operational Manager at the Family Wellness Practice and also lead an ADHD pathway within the NHS, where I diagnose and prescribe for young people with ADHD and coexisting mental health difficulties. Additionally, I conduct Autism assessments, ensuring that individuals and families receive the clarity and support they need.
